For Veteran’s Day, we held a pinning ceremony. Twenty SHC of Marietta residents received pins and certificates for their service. The ceremony was indeed priceless.
As part of the November 9, 2011 Veteran’s program at our local Senior Citizens Center, Signature HealthCARE of Fentress was honored to be asked to provide the scrumptious luncheon. After comments by many of the town dignitaries and the awarding of certificates and pins, our proud veterans along with a multitude of seniors sat down to mushroom steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and peach or cherry cobbler. We are proud of our local vets and this was a small token of the appreciation we feel for all that they and others like them have done for our country.
